Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Ridgeline Compute LLC ("Ridgeline," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Ridgeline Compute LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing digital estate planning solutions to individuals, families, and the advisors who serve them.
2. Our Services
We offer professional advisory and planning engagements designed to help you protect, organize, and transfer digital assets across generations. Each engagement is delivered as a single solution and may include consultation, plan design, dedicated infrastructure setup, training, and ongoing support, as defined in your engagement agreement.
3. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Ridgeline is not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Our services are educational and operational in nature. You are responsible for retaining qualified licensed professionals for legal, tax, and financial matters and for ensuring that any plan we help design conforms to the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees, scope, and deliverables are set out in your engagement agreement. Payment is due as specified. All amounts are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Transactions are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full payment card details.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an engagement within thirty (30) days of payment, provided substantive work has not yet begun, for a full refund. Once an engagement has commenced, refunds are pro-rated based on work performed and any infrastructure provisioned on your behalf. Specific cancellation terms for your engagement are set out in your engagement agreement and control over this section in case of conflict.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver services, comply with law, or enforce our rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, and content produced by Ridgeline remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your own personal or family estate planning purposes.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services and any included infrastructure are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunity. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or any engagement shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridgeline and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
